I had a real good stay and would stay here again, thank you. Had facilities needed in my suite, including a microwave oven, a fridge, tea and coffee making equipment. I loved their easy check in and the service was GREAT.

Booked a room in the window on the bench area. The hotel served eggs, cereal, yogurt, cookies and hot waffles for breakfast.

No remote for TV. Did nothing to resolve the problem. Closet doors broken and off hinges. Fell on daughter's head as she was changing. No lights in pool area. Heater broken.

comfortable stay but could improve breakfast variety
The room layout was thoughtful. I appreciated the spacious refrigerator that kept my snacks cool. The breakfast spread was enjoyable, with a nice blend of options to start the day. The quietness of the 2nd floor contributed positively to my relaxation.

The breakfast that was provided was delicious. Thanks for that! The lighting was excellent and convenient. I loved that the hotel provided a colored "make-up remover" wash cloth. I always feel terrible when I soil white washcloths while taking off my make up, because I know they are bound to be thrown away due to staining. Good idea to have the prompt card for sheet changes. I think it's important customers have an option to have them changed regularly, but you add a little "nudge" toward getting them to opt for a second-day sheet change at least! Finally, the employees were very friendly! The morning front desk receptionist (male) was helpful in getting a receipt emailed to me and double checked to make sure breakfast was sufficient and well-stocked at all times. Upon check in, the evening shift receptionist was laid back, and I was able to talk to him easily. Still, I wasn't sure he was working at the hotel at first because he lacked any sort of uniform, but instead looked dressed as if he had just finished an evening out (which looked sharp, but just not what I expected with a hotel staff attire...maybe other hotels need to allow a more trendy dress code!). None-the-less, uniformity helps with image branding, so despite his sharp appearance, I was thrown off a little and that had me questioning the remainder of my stay.
The beds seemed sunken-in, as if they had been slept in for many years without being rotated or mattresses flipped. Furniture and layout could use updating...I Felt as if I was kind of walking into a time warp. Moving the furniture around might even help with this, so it will not feel as if the rooms have been unchanged for so long.

Not much. Accommodations where pedestrian at a cost I could have assumed at a more luxurious hotel. Very disappointed,.
Decor, accommodations, features, value all were/are below par.
